The house is located on a hill (Kefalomantoukou hill) ensuring a quiet stay, but at the same time close to the main market (50m). It is simple to decorate with stone cladding on the walls of the open plan living room-kitchen. This makes it special, but also warm, giving it in combination with the luxurious floor tiles (porcelanato) a special luxury that is worth enjoying. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a 30 cm thick mattress and a fitted wardrobe. The living room has a large sofa that becomes a double bed and the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to feel at home. Also in the house there are 2 air conditioners, TV. In the bathroom you will find towels, hair dryer, shampoo, toilet paper, cleaning products, washing machine In the kitchen coffee & tea, olive oil, cutlery, dishes, glasses of water / wine, kitchen towels. The apartment also has a balcony or terrace overlooking the courtyard. There is a parking lot in the yard. Finally in our garden there is a barbecue.

At 100 meters from the house (on one side), on Paleokastritsa Avenue, you will find a pharmacy, Alfabank, Eurobank, pizzerias and grills, Mikel cafe, Bruno cafe, AB Vassilopoulos super market, Sklaveniti super market, bakeries, patisserie etc. .a. A rich market that will help you in your daily shopping or whatever you need in delivery. Manduki (a traditional district, on the other side of the house) with its pedestrian street and cantonments is a short and pleasant walk from the house, just 300 meters. Right in front of Mandouki, the boulevard and the new port of the island. From this side there is a bus terminal No. 2 KEFALOMANTOUKO, at a distance of about 100 meters from the house. This bus passes outside the new port, Laiki Agora and ends in the city center. From Ethniki Paleokastritsas at a distance of 100 meters from the house there is a bus stop No. 7 DASIA-YPSOS and No. 4 POTAMOS-EUROPOULOI. They end in the city center.
