Located in a central street between Barrio Santa Cruz and La Alfalfa (a few meters from the Casa de Pilatos). It has a free private GARAGE in the building itself. The living room is tastefully decorated and has a TV area. Next to the living room there is a dining table and another room that can also be used as a living room that precedes the terrace. The TERRACE is furnished so you can enjoy the pleasant Sevillian climate. The main bedroom has a double bed and a modern bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each to give greater versatility to different guest profiles, there is also an additional bed for stays of up to 7 people. The kitchen is completely equipped. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The interior design of the building is very characteristic. The garage can be accessed by elevator or stairs. In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighbors community, the apartment has a noise control device installed.
