This modern apartment is situated in the beautiful and charming Benalmadena Pueblo, which is one of the most famous and attractive so-called white villages in Malaga. The apartment is very close to all amenities within walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, though very tranquil so you can relax and enjoy your holiday. The apartment is on 70m2 and features 2 spacious bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 spacious and modern bathrooms, one of them “én suite” in the master bedroom, a spacious and bright living/dining room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen with all appliances and 2 southeast facing terraces with lots of sun all day long. The terraces are in two levels. The upper terrace is on 20m2 and roofed and the lower terrace is open on 40 m2. There is also private parking available for the guests. The entire accommodation is furnished with brand new, modern and comfortable furniture in Scandinavian style. Outside on the terraces there are quality garden furniture consisting of sunbeds, lounge furniture and a large dining table. From the terraces there is a beautiful view over the mountains. The residential complex offers a large community pool and fitness room with all essential equipment. Benalmadena Pueblo: Benalmádena Pueblo is a lovely traditional Andalusian so-called white village/town and one of the most popular and attractive ones on Costa del Sol. It is a fantastic representation of authentic Spanish culture. This beautiful village/town is very cozy, quiet and peaceful with just the right amount of bars and restaurants offering delicious food and drink at all price ranges. The alleys are adorned with orange trees with the wonderful scent of the flowers. There are great views from the village over to the coast and Fuengirola, and there are several traditional squares and a very beautiful old church. Attractions: The location near vibrant cities/towns of Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella, Malaga and Torremolinos offers a variety of attractions in the area from east to west within a very short distance from the apartment such as golf courses, museums, cultural experiences, gourmet restaurants, beach activities, nightlife and much, much more. No matter what you prefer, you can always find it within a short drive.
