In the heart of Puerto de Santa María, located in La Plaza de la Carcel, in the heart of Puerto de Santa Maria, just a few meters from Romerijo, an ideal place for those who enjoy the centre, its tapas, bars, and restaurants. La Carcel Square becomes a great terrace at night with nightlife in summer and weekends. It is essential to know that it can be noisy at night, although the accommodation has double-glazed windows that isolate the noise. If you wish to park your car during your stay, you have everything you need within walking distance, and there is a private car park 20 meters away. You have many more beach and leisure options if you want to take the car. Given the location, you can move in less than 10 minutes to any beach in Puerto de Santa Maria and to Rota or Chipiona in only 35 minutes. You can enjoy an excellent restaurant in the centre of the port on foot. If you are up for it, you can make a nice trip to Cadiz by ferry crossing the bay; it will take only 30 minutes and is highly recommended. The ferry station is just a few meters from the accommodation.

ACCOMMODATION RULES: * One day before your arrival we will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm your arrival and delivery of keys * Upon arrival, a deposit will be charged by block on your credit card, which will be released within 7 days after your departure. * The entry time will be from 3:00 p.m., although depending on availability, the time could be brought forward if needed. * Upon departure, you must leave the accommodation in normal conditions of cleanliness, air conditioning units turned off, windows and doors closed, take inside the house and the garbage taken out. * Forbidden to accommodate more people than declared, make noise between 11pm and 10am or play loud music. * Failure to comply with these rules could imply supplements to be deducted from the deposit or the cancellation of the reservation.
