We own 3 apartments in the same palace : the one you find here the 1st floor Nobile Apartment, then the roof floor penthouse (6 beds) at the 4th 180 mt2 , with 3 wonderfull terraces , one of which is named ''Altana'' cause it stands right on the roof with a view of all the town , the third unit it is a 4 bed apartment of 60 mt2 at the ground floor with a private entrance in Calle di Cà Pesaro .

In the neighborhood you can find excellent inexpensive traditional restaurants and bars as well as interesting artisan shops, away from the crowd. The nearest Minimarket is only 4 min. away , at the same distance you have a Biological food shop . San Stae area is still a Venetian one ,quite and cosy, very well connected, at only 6 min from the ''Real Heart'' of Venice : Rialto Market Place.
