Apartment located on the ground floor of a building located on the seafront of Marina di Cecina on the coast of Tuscany. It has 2 double bedrooms and measures 70 square meters. Large bathroom with very functional shower cubicle. Living room with kitchenette and table for your dinners with friends. ---------- BATHROOM/BED LINEN: The property does NOT have bathroom and bed linen (possibility of RENTAL upon confirmation of booking with an extra cost of 15 euros per person, booking at least 3 days in advance) ---------- AIR CONDITIONING: The structure has an air conditioner but OPTIONAL WITH PAID EXTRAS. If you wish to have it in operation there is an EXTRA 10 EURO PER NIGHT TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT. Please let us know before your arrival if you wish to have it available. ---------- POSITION: the structure being directly on the seafront is located in the Limited Traffic Zone so it is not possible to arrive in front of the apartment by car. You must leave your car 150 meters from the structure and then continue on foot to reach the structure. As for parking, it is obviously not available but there is the possibility of paid parking 150 meters from the structure (for a fee about 25 euros per week in high season, from May to September, while it is free in the rest of the year). Or free parking 900 meters from the property.
